The Sky Inside is an ongoing and long term dance program, designed to be facilitated in our Colorado State prisons.

Participants practice listening skills, hone curiosity, learn how to regulate emotions, and solve creative problems through movement exercises that are honest, fun, and invigorating. Individuals explore and discover new pathways of expression by engaging with intuitive based and experiential practices in dance and movement. By implementing the creative process in our work together, participants in this class will engage with their imagination and self-expression in ways that are respectful, thoughtful, exciting, and sustaining. No prior experience in dance or movement is necessary.
